Chinese calendar - claims to be 98 % accurate, not tested
Heart rate test - probably non scientific, just like the rest
Carrying high, carrying low
Morning sickness test
Color of your pee when mixed with drano or bleach
Craving different foods
Did father gained weight
Condition pregnant woman's hair / skin is
How fast her nails / hair on her legs grow
Having cold feet, or not
Baby is very active, or not
Breasts / behind / nose growing
Moody, or stable
The way pregnant belly is looking
Showing hands with palms down, or up
Grabbing mug by handle / its body
Husband having more brothers, or sisters
Holding a needle / wedding ring on a string above belly and watching how it moves
Holding a penny on a string over your wrist and watching how it moves
Ultrasound - although the most accurate of all those old wives' tales, been wrong a surprising number of times
